These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Nova Scotia Compass website and free brochure (together, the "Site"), operated by ABSOLUTE NUMBERS LLC, 2343 Hilltop Ct, Santa Rosa, California, US 95404-2203 ("we", "us"). 1. What the Site is

The Site provides general information about Nova Scotia, Canada. It is privately operated and is not an official website of any government, public agency or tourism organization. We do not sell products, take bookings or provide official services through the Site.

2. The free brochure

The brochure is a digital PDF, free of charge. There is no payment, subscription or obligation attached to requesting it. You agree to give your own name and a valid email address, and not to submit anyone else's details without their permission. We may change or discontinue the brochure at any time.
